East Delhi's busiest commercial stretch
Laxmi Nagar, Preet Vihar and Nirman Vihar are full of retail markets, wholesale traders, coaching and education centres, and small private companies. The compliance is high-volume and deadline-driven: monthly GST, TDS, and returns for owners and partners.
Vitt-Marg is a team of about 30 professionals, including Chartered Accountants and Cost and Management Accountants. CA-led work (tax audit, statutory audit, income tax and GST) and CMA-led work (cost audit, cost records, internal audit and CMA data for banks) sit under one roof, so you deal with one team for all of it.
What we handle here
- Shops and traders: GST registration and returns, composition vs regular scheme, e-invoicing once you cross the threshold, and books for bank loans.
- Coaching and education businesses: GST on coaching services (education by a recognised school or university is exempt; private coaching generally is not), TDS on faculty payments, and tax audit.
- Partnership firms and proprietors: ITR, presumptive vs regular books, tax audit, and partner remuneration planning.
- Small companies: ROC Delhi filings, statutory audit and director compliance.
Delhi-specific compliance
Businesses registered in Delhi have a few differences from our Noida clients, and we handle both every day:
- ROC Delhi: companies and LLPs with a registered office in Delhi come under the Registrar of Companies, Delhi (which also covers Haryana), not ROC Kanpur.
- Delhi GST: registrations are with the Delhi State GST department or the Central GST commissionerate allotted to you; notices and appeals go through that jurisdiction.
- Professional tax: Delhi does not levy professional tax on salaries, which simplifies payroll compared with some other states.
Other areas we serve
Our team of Chartered Accountants and Cost Accountants works across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, East and South Delhi, Faridabad and the Yamuna Expressway. See all areas, CA in Noida and cost auditor in Noida.

I run a coaching centre in Laxmi Nagar. Do I need GST?
Private coaching is generally a taxable service, so GST registration is needed once turnover crosses ₹20 lakh. Exemptions are narrow, so we check your courses and structure.
Should my shop choose the composition scheme?
It can save compliance and tax for small traders selling to consumers, but you can't charge GST or pass on input credit to business buyers. We compare both for your sales mix.
Do you handle tax audit for traders?
Yes, by our Chartered Accountants, including the cash-transaction and TDS checks that commonly come up for traders.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Many clients meet us online; for in-person meetings we schedule visits or you can come to our Noida office.
