Noida's main market
Sector 18 is Noida's busiest retail and commercial district, with brand showrooms, restaurants, jewellers, banks and office towers. Retail compliance revolves around daily sales, cash, card and UPI settlements, and GST that must tie exactly to what the POS says.
Vitt-Marg is a team of about 30 professionals, including Chartered Accountants and Cost and Management Accountants. CA-led work (tax audit, statutory audit, income tax and GST) and CMA-led work (cost audit, cost records, internal audit and CMA data for banks) sit under one roof, so you deal with one team for all of it.
What we handle here
- Retailers and showrooms: GST returns, e-invoicing once turnover crosses the limit, and monthly reconciliation of POS, bank and card settlements.
- Restaurants: the correct GST rate for your outlet, aggregator (Zomato/Swiggy) reconciliation and TCS credits.
- Jewellers: PAN collection on sales above ₹2 lakh, the ₹2 lakh cash-receipt limit, and stock records.
- Offices: TDS, payroll, ROC Kanpur filings and statutory audit.
- Tax audit: by our Chartered Accountants, with cash and digital-payment checks.

Our showroom's GST doesn't match bank deposits. Can you sort it out?
Yes. We reconcile POS, cash, card and UPI settlements with GSTR-1 and the books every month, so mismatches don't turn into notices.
Do restaurants in Sector 18 charge 5% or 18% GST?
Most standalone restaurants charge 5% without input credit; restaurants in hotels with high room tariffs and some outdoor catering are different. We confirm the right rate for your outlet.
Is your office near Sector 18?
We are in Sector 63, Noida, and work with Sector 18 businesses online and in person.
Do you handle tax audit for retailers?
Yes, by the Chartered Accountants on our team.
