A young, growing township
Greater Noida West, also called Noida Extension, has grown into one of NCR's largest residential areas, with large societies around Gaur City and a new wave of shops, clinics, gyms and home-based businesses. Many residents bought under-construction flats, and the tax questions follow from that.
Vitt-Marg is a team of about 30 professionals, including Chartered Accountants and Cost and Management Accountants. CA-led work (tax audit, statutory audit, income tax and GST) and CMA-led work (cost audit, cost records, internal audit and CMA data for banks) sit under one roof, so you deal with one team for all of it.
What we handle here
- Flat buyers: 1% TDS on every instalment to the builder, GST on under-construction flats, and checking for excess GST. See GST on Noida flats.
- Home-loan owners: interest and principal deductions under the old regime, joint-loan planning, and the old vs new regime choice.
- Salaried professionals: ITR, bonus planning, ESOPs and capital gains.
- Local businesses and startups: GST registration, books, TDS and company registration.
Other areas we serve
Our team of Chartered Accountants and Cost Accountants works across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, East and South Delhi, Faridabad and the Yamuna Expressway. See all areas, CA in Noida and cost auditor in Noida.

Read note →Frequently asked questions
I bought an under-construction flat in Noida Extension. Do I deduct TDS?
Yes, if the price is ₹50 lakh or more: 1% on each instalment paid to the builder, deposited in Form 141. Missing instalments paid directly by the bank is a common error.
Can I claim home-loan interest in the new tax regime?
Not for a self-occupied home. Under the old regime, interest up to ₹2 lakh a year is deductible. We compare both regimes with your loan.
Has my builder charged the right GST?
Under-construction flats carry 5% (1% for affordable housing) and nothing after the completion certificate. We check your demand letters.
Do you have an office in Greater Noida West?
Our office is in Sector 63, Noida. We work with Noida Extension residents online and meet in person when needed.
