Phase 2 is an export area, and the compliance shows it
Noida Phase 2 has a large share of export-oriented units, including the Noida Special Economic Zone (NSEZ) and garment and hosiery units around it. Export units deal with refunds, foreign exchange and SEZ rules on top of the usual GST and income tax.
Vitt-Marg is a team of about 30 professionals, including Chartered Accountants and Cost and Management Accountants. CA-led work (tax audit, statutory audit, income tax and GST) and CMA-led work (cost audit, cost records, internal audit and CMA data for banks) sit under one roof, so you deal with one team for all of it.
What Phase 2 and NSEZ units usually need
- GST on exports: exports under LUT, refund of accumulated ITC or IGST paid, and the reconciliation that refund officers ask for. Supplies to an SEZ unit are zero-rated, so DTA suppliers need the right paperwork too.
- SEZ compliance: records that support duty-free procurement, Softex and export documentation, and the unit's periodic reporting.
- Cost records and cost audit: SEZ units are exempt from cost audit, and so are companies whose export earnings exceed 75% of revenue. But that exemption is from the audit only. Many still have to keep cost records once turnover crosses ₹35 crore. We check which applies to you. See cost auditor in Noida.
- Income tax: tax audit, transfer pricing coordination for group exports, and correct treatment of export incentives.
- Internal and stock audit: raw material with job workers, wastage norms in garments, and bank stock statements for packing credit.
How we help exporters
- Refund health check: we review the last 24 months of exports and ITC to find refunds still claimable before the time limit runs out.
- Monthly compliance: GST, TDS and books handled each month, so year-end is a review.
- Audit support: tax audit by our Chartered Accountants; cost records or internal audit by our Cost and Management Accountants.

Our unit is in NSEZ. Do we need a cost audit?
Units in a Special Economic Zone are exempt from cost audit. Whether you still need to maintain cost records depends on your products and turnover, so we check that separately.
We export under LUT and have ITC piling up. Can we get it back?
Usually yes, through a GST refund of unutilised ITC. Refunds must be filed within two years of the relevant date, so older months may already be running out. Send us your GSTR-1 and 3B and we'll work out what is still claimable.
Do you handle tax audit for export units?
Yes. Tax audits are carried out and signed by the Chartered Accountants on our team.
Can you visit our Phase 2 factory for a stock audit?
Yes. We schedule visits for stock verification, internal audit and bank stock audits.
