Larger plants, larger compliance
Greater Noida's industrial areas, including the Ecotech sectors, Udyog Vihar, Kasna and Surajpur, have many medium and large plants in automobiles and auto components, electronics, consumer durables, chemicals, plastics and packaging. At that size, cost audit, internal audit and statutory audit stop being optional.
Vitt-Marg is a team of about 30 professionals, including Chartered Accountants and Cost and Management Accountants. CA-led work (tax audit, statutory audit, income tax and GST) and CMA-led work (cost audit, cost records, internal audit and CMA data for banks) sit under one roof, so you deal with one team for all of it.
What Greater Noida manufacturers usually need
- Cost audit: automobiles, machinery, electrical and electronic equipment and chemicals are in the cost audit rules. Above ₹100 crore turnover (and ₹35 crore for the product), a cost audit applies; above ₹35 crore, cost records. See cost auditor in Noida.
- Internal audit: mandatory for private companies above ₹200 crore turnover or ₹100 crore of bank borrowings, and useful well below that. See internal auditor in Noida.
- Statutory and tax audit: by our Chartered Accountants, with CARO reporting and audit-trail checks.
- GST: multi-location registrations, job-work and ITC-04, e-invoicing and annual returns.
- Bank finance: project reports, CMA data and stock statements for term loans and working-capital limits.
- Authority land: plots allotted by the Greater Noida authority come with lease rent, transfer and time-extension conditions that affect the books and the tax position.
Why one team helps a plant
A plant's statutory auditor, cost auditor and internal auditor all look at the same stock, the same production and the same costs. When CAs and CMAs work from one set of reconciled numbers, the three audits agree with each other, and management gets one story instead of three. The law still keeps them separate where it must: your statutory auditor cannot also be your cost auditor or internal auditor, and we assign the roles accordingly.
Other areas we serve
Our team of Chartered Accountants and Cost Accountants works across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, East and South Delhi, Faridabad and the Yamuna Expressway. See all areas, CA in Noida and cost auditor in Noida.

Our Greater Noida plant makes auto components and turnover is ₹140 crore. Do we need a cost audit?
Likely yes, if the auto-component product itself is above ₹35 crore of turnover. We map each product to the headings in the cost audit rules before confirming.
Can the same firm be our statutory auditor and cost auditor?
No. The statutory auditor cannot be the cost auditor or the internal auditor. Within our team we can take one role and coordinate with whoever holds the other.
Do you prepare project reports for bank loans?
Yes. Our Cost and Management Accountants prepare project reports and CMA data based on real product costs and capacity.
Do you visit plants in Kasna or Surajpur?
Yes. We schedule plant visits for audits and stock verification across Greater Noida.
