A new industrial corridor
With Noida International Airport at Jewar opening for flights in June 2026, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) area is drawing new manufacturing and logistics units, including in dedicated industrial and electronics clusters. New units have a different set of needs: finance first, then setup, then compliance that scales.
Vitt-Marg is a team of about 30 professionals, including Chartered Accountants and Cost and Management Accountants. CA-led work (tax audit, statutory audit, income tax and GST) and CMA-led work (cost audit, cost records, internal audit and CMA data for banks) sit under one roof, so you deal with one team for all of it.
What new YEIDA units usually need
- Project report and bank finance: a project report and CMA data built on realistic capacity, costs and timelines, for term loans and working-capital limits.
- Company or LLP setup: incorporation, GST, import-export code and the bank account, in the right order.
- Plot and authority compliance: allotment, lease premium and rent, and the construction and production timelines in the lease deed, which affect both the books and the tax treatment.
- Capital accounting: capitalising the plant correctly, GST on capital goods and depreciation from day one.
- Cost records from the start: setting up product costing before production begins is far easier than retro-fitting it at ₹35 crore turnover.
- Audits as you grow: tax audit and statutory audit by our Chartered Accountants, cost and internal audit by our Cost and Management Accountants.
Before you sign for a plot
Run the numbers on the full cost of the plot, construction, machinery and working capital, and on how long until the plant reaches break-even capacity. Our note on why manufacturers need a CMA explains the costing side.

We are setting up a unit in a YEIDA sector. Can you prepare the project report for the bank?
Yes. Our Cost and Management Accountants prepare project reports and CMA data based on your capacity, product costs and timelines.
Should we register a company or an LLP for a new factory?
It depends on funding plans, the number of partners and tax. A private limited company is usually better if you plan to raise equity or bank finance at scale. We compare both for your case.
Do we need cost records from the start?
The legal requirement starts at ₹35 crore turnover for covered products, but setting up costing before production is far easier and helps with pricing and bank reporting.
Do you visit sites on the Yamuna Expressway?
Yes. We schedule site visits from our Noida office as the work needs.
