An office and IT hub, with service-business compliance
Sector 62 is one of Noida's main office districts, with IT and IT-enabled services companies, startups, consultancies and corporate offices. Service businesses don't have stock or plants, but they have dense compliance: TDS on every vendor, payroll, GST on services and exports, ROC filings and investor reporting.
Vitt-Marg is a team of about 30 professionals, including Chartered Accountants and Cost and Management Accountants. CA-led work (tax audit, statutory audit, income tax and GST) and CMA-led work (cost audit, cost records, internal audit and CMA data for banks) sit under one roof, so you deal with one team for all of it.
What Sector 62 businesses usually need
- Company registration and ROC: incorporation, ROC Kanpur filings, AOC-4 and MGT-7, director KYC and share allotments. See company registration in Noida.
- GST on services and exports: exports of services under LUT, refunds, and GST on SaaS and foreign clients.
- TDS and payroll: monthly TDS, the new TDS return forms, salary structuring and Form 130 for employees.
- Statutory audit: by our Chartered Accountants, including the audit-trail requirement in accounting software.
- Virtual CFO: monthly MIS, cash-flow forecasts, budgets and investor-ready numbers, led by our Cost and Management Accountants.
- Founders' personal tax: ESOPs, foreign income and capital gains.
For startups
- Day 1: incorporation, PAN/TAN, GST if needed, INC-20A within 180 days.
- Monthly: books, GST, TDS and payroll on a fixed fee.
- Year-end: statutory audit, ITR and ROC filings in one calendar.
- Fundraise: clean books, valuation coordination and due-diligence support.

We are an IT company exporting services. Do we charge GST?
Exports of services under a Letter of Undertaking (LUT) are zero-rated, so no GST is charged, but you still file returns and can claim a refund of ITC. The service must meet the export conditions, which we check.
Can you be our statutory auditor and also do our monthly accounts?
A statutory auditor's independence rules limit what else they can do for the same company. We structure the engagement so the roles are kept separate within our team where the law requires.
Do you offer Virtual CFO services for startups?
Yes. Monthly MIS, cash-flow planning, budgets and investor reporting, on a fixed monthly fee.
Is your office near Sector 62?
Yes, we are in Sector 63, right next to Sector 62.
