Noida's original industrial sectors
Sectors 1 to 11 were Noida's first industrial sectors, with small engineering, electrical, printing, packaging and garment units, many of them family businesses that have run for decades. Typical needs are practical: GST that matches the books, job work that is properly documented, and a bank that is happy at renewal.
Vitt-Marg is a team of about 30 professionals, including Chartered Accountants and Cost and Management Accountants. CA-led work (tax audit, statutory audit, income tax and GST) and CMA-led work (cost audit, cost records, internal audit and CMA data for banks) sit under one roof, so you deal with one team for all of it.
What we handle here
- GST and job work: returns, ITC reconciliation, job-work challans and ITC-04.
- MSME compliance: Udyam classification, and the 45-day payment rule for MSME suppliers that now affects your tax deduction.
- Bank limits: stock statements, stock audits and CMA data for renewals.
- Tax audit: by our Chartered Accountants.
- Costing: product costing and pricing reviews, and cost records once turnover crosses ₹35 crore in covered products. See why manufacturers need a CMA.
Other areas we serve
Our team of Chartered Accountants and Cost Accountants works across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, East and South Delhi, Faridabad and the Yamuna Expressway. See all areas, CA in Noida and cost auditor in Noida.

What is the 45-day MSME payment rule?
If you buy from a micro or small enterprise and don't pay within the agreed period (maximum 45 days), the unpaid amount is not allowed as a deduction until you pay. It affects your income tax, so we track it in the books.
Our bank wants a stock audit before renewal. Can you help?
Yes. We reconcile stock and prepare the statements first, then carry out or support the stock audit.
We're a small factory. Do we need cost records?
Only above ₹35 crore turnover in covered products. Below that, simple product costing still helps with pricing and bank discussions.
Do you visit units in Sectors 1 to 11?
Yes, for audits, stock counts and meetings.
